One of our highly experienced physicians will perform a thorough examination including vision, hearing, vitals and a variety of other medical services to your child at the time of their physical. What should I bring to the physical?
When arriving for your child’s physical be sure to provide the doctor with your child’s immunization records and a list of any medications they take as well as any school forms the doctor needs to fill out.
