Connecticut Primary Care Providers

If you are looking for a primary care provider (PCP) for your family, DOCS has several convenient locations throughout Connecticut. When you become a patient with DOCS, you can visit any of our locations to receive care. Even though we are a large organization, we operate as one practice with one electronic system that allows us to transfer your medical history seamlessly to any of our primary care locations. Your provider will always know your medical history and what occurred at your last visit with DOCs Medical Group. Our goal is to provide care to you and your family in a holistic approach, treating the entire patient – not just the concern. We do this by offering many services and specialties within the DOCs Medical Group Organization. DOCs is the place to build a long-term PCP/Patient relationship.
