How long does a school physical take at DOCS?

Most school physicals take approximately 30 to 45 minutes. When vaccines are administered during the same visit, families should allow an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Bringing completed forms and vaccination records can help the visit proceed more quickly.

Does DOCS complete the Connecticut HAR form?
