You will need to contact your specific insurance carrier to see if they cover testing. Most do not cover surveillance/travel testing and only cover testing for those who have been exposed to the coronavirus.
Because of this, DOCS will need to collect payment for any required surveillance/travel testing. You can then submit the itemized bill directly to your insurance carrier to see if they will reimburse your expenses.
