COVID-19 Testing Offered in Danbury

Blood Drawing for Antibody Testing

DOCS is offering antibody testing for COVID-19. This test includes drawing blood which will then be sent to our lab. The antibody test looks for the presence of antibodies and determines if you have already had the virus.

Rapid Diagnostic Testing

Our Danbury office also has the capabilities to provide rapid diagnostic testing for COVID-19. To administer this test, we use the Quidel Sofia 2 diagnostic machine that operates using nasopharyngeal swabs from patients. Once processed through the machine, your results should be given in as little as 15 minutes.
