Sports physicals
DOCS Urgent Care’s Sports physicals, also known as a pre-participation examination, is a check-up to assess your child’s health and fitness as it relates to a sport. First of all, this physical differs from a regular yearly physical. - History of passing out, dizziness, chest pain, or trouble breathing during exercise.
- You are currently on medications (over-the-counter/ herbal supplements/ prescription.)
- Height / Weight
- Blood pressure and heart rate
- Vision testing
- Checking of heart, lungs, abdomen, ears, nose, and throat
- Evaluate posture, joint, strength, and flexibility
