DOCS Urgent Care of Bethel is offering antibody testing for COVID-19. This type of test includes having blood drawn that will then be sent to an off-site lab for testing. This test looks for the presence of certain antibodies in your system that can show if you have had the infection or not.
Our Stamford office now offers COVID-19 antibody testing. This test will allow us to see of there is any antibodies in your system which would tell us that you have been infected in the past, symptomatic or not. The test is conducted by taking a blood sample that is then shipped to an off-site lab for testing.
Rapid Diagnostic Testing
DOCS is able to offer our patients rapid diagnostic testing in Bethel. This is a more advanced and effective testing for COVID-19. This test allows us to give you results in as little as 15 minutes.
Our Bethel office is equipped with the Quidel Sofia 2 diagnostic machine. To provide testing for COVID-19, nasopharyngeal swabs will be collected and processed through the machine. This means that you will receive your results even before you leave the office.
Our patients at the Stamford DOCS Urgent Care location are now able to receive fast and accurate testing. Our Rapid diagnostic testing can produce results in as little as 15 minutes.
Our Stamford office uses a Quidel Sofia 2 diagnostic machine that processes nasopharyngeal swabs quickly, enabling us to give you the results before you even leave our office.
