What to expect DURING a school physical

During the school physical doctors perform a series of tests and measurements. Vision and hearing tests, height and weight measurements and other vitals are among the tests that are performed. What should I bring to the physical?

When you and your child arrive for their appointment be sure you have with you your child’s immunization records, a list of any medications they take, and the appropriate school forms the doctor needs to fill out and sign.
